Hello! I live in Dallas, TX with my husband and two young daughters. I was a technical professional before leaving the corporate world to spend more time with my children. While the kids were in school, I started a video blog on card-making. I have posted over 130 videos in the last two years! A friend got me scrapbooking many, many years ago. I discovered card-making about 5 years ago and got hooked on the art of small projects that impact others. J I am very grateful to be part of this awesome papercrafting community. I hope you enjoy my cards for today – being creative with Penny Black was very easy! The quality and variety of the stamps is wonderful. Thank you Penny Black!

The last one is my favourite here – thanks for the intro too. A wealth of information & delightful resource. I keep looking at those blue flowers with the butterfly….a sheer delight in colour composition with the classy black & white plus neutral brown.

Hello Cathyaa: Like Mary from Wausau said, be ready to get hooked on this videos. Darlene is amazing and her techinques on coloring and sponging are just great. She posts a new video every Wednesday and believe me when I tell you…..you will be waiting for Wednesdays just to see what she comes up with. I found her blog one day about 5 months ago, I think, when I was browsing Utube to find some videos on how to use the Owl Punch from SU. I found her videos of 2 cards using this punch and I fell in love with her blog.
So, enjoy looking at all of her videos.

Oh Darlene all your cards are wonderful as usual. I especially love the house with dog, dogs are such a great enjoyment. We have had 3 Labs that we have rescued (a yellow right now). I always love your videos and good to see you on Penny Black.
