Penny Black designer Therese Schaffer cut several triangular strips of 2 shades of dark blue cardstock, then pieced them together to have them radiate from the star. The mouse and star images are from Sweet and Cute (30-153) were colored with Prismacolor Pencils and then fussy cut. She adhered the moon and stars separately, and mounted the mouse on the moon with dimensional foam. The sentiment is from the clear set Sweet Wishes (30-104).

This looks super with the darkness of the two blues making the images really pop.
