Amongst the Stars

April 7, 2011

Today we’re spotlighting Penny Black projects created by our readers, found in our Gallery. But first, here’s a star-shaped card by Angela Kennedy to finish off her work for the week. Angela used a wood-mounted Mimi stamp, “Amongst the Stars” along with glitter and star brads. Angele blew-up the star image to use as the shape of her card;

There are so many beautiful projects in our Gallery…you can view them all HERE. It was so hard to narrow down a handful to show on the blog. You can click on the images view them larger and to be taken to the gallery entry to leave a comment. Thank you for joining us at Penny Circle and sharing your artwork, ladies!

Heather Ruwe has been busy making Penny Black cards, love this one featuring our transparent set, “Paint the Town”;

Who said clean and simple cards can’t be stunning — what a beautifully designed card by Ali Watson;

The embossed background, lace card panel, and popped images are so lovely in Debby’s card;

Gingerbread-Gal used one of our newest Mimi stamps, “Flowers for Mimi” for this perfectly colored and paper-pieced card;

Here’s Mimi on the go – what an adorable card by sugarstamper;

What a sweet card by Vera Yates. Love the grid pattern here — don’t you feel like you’re looking at Mimi through a Paris window?
