Slapsticks with Cathy

Cathy Andronicou put her Slapstick Stamps to work with two pretty cards!

Supplies: Penny Black Slapstick Stamps, “Flower Girl” and “Circular Design”, Transparent Set, “To You” and Mix & Match Cardstock; Sea Breeze Trio. Cathy paper pieced the flower girl and crocheted a lace panel along the dress hemline. She also added shading with Copic Markers and stamped the flower on sticky back canvas to add to the image. Glossy accents were added to the flowers and leaves. Circular Design was stamped onto cardstock and cut using spellbinders dies. Stitching surrounds the edges.

Supplies: Penny Black Slapstick Stamp, “Circular Design”, Transparent Set, “To You” and Mix & Match Cardstock; Periwinkle Trio. Cathy colored the Circular Design with aqua markers, spritzed with Ink Potion No. 9, and stamped onto white card. The large white spaces were colored with chalk and pierced around each shape. The circle centers were cut out with a die then liquid pearls were added to the outside edges. The butterflies were trimmed and edged with Copic Markers. A bow and pearls were added and attached to card.
