July 12, 2011
by

Jill Foster has another card for us today, using distressing techniques. This time Jill applied orange distress ink directly onto the paper to create the background panel. Jill also created paint splatters, another fun distressing technique!

Penny Black stamps; 40-012 Irises, 1999L Letter Background, and 30-032 Enjoy Life.
