Joyeux Noel

Hi everyone, thank you for stopping by our Blog. As you may know, we’ve been featuring cards created with Penny Black stickers this week. I took our new sheet of “Christmas at Dusk” stickers and put together a banner card;

I created the background panel by applying Faber Castell gel sticks to a stamped (“Music Background”) piece of white cardstock. I rubbed the different colors into the paper with my fingers then applied water and a brush to them to move the color a bit more.

That wraps up sticker week at Penny Black… We are back all next week with gift tag ideas that you will love! Have a great weekend.

    After a week of being shown how to use the PB stickers I am seeing them with completely fresh eyes. This is a terrific example of an unusual Seasonal card – the banners are striking with the extra details of piercing, twine & brads. I love the velvery feel of that flower centre & the way it is picked up by the satin shiny ribbon.
