alexandra’s Sunday scrapbooking – Use your PB Stamps to capture a Birthday

May 12, 2013
Hello Friends! alexandra here, to share how I used some Penny Black Inc. stamps including the new flower-child Mindy, to capture our Lily’s tenth birthday. I have a card and two scrapbook layouts to share with you. I’ll also be focusing on how I like to color Mindy’s face and clothes using Faber-Castell’s Gelatos and watercolor pencils.

Here are the stamps I used for today’s projects

I hope you’ll join me on my blog ➵ art scrap & more for a complete tutorial and some tips!
Thank You and Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful Moms!

I thought this quite delightful & very special as a keepsake to look back upon when Lily is older. The way you co-ordinated the card with the page is rather special too & I’d imagine there could be a little flap or pocket somewhere in which to place the card so it would be kept with the journal/scrapbook.

Checked out Alexandra’s blog when I got home from work. I’m always amazed & inspired–no one’s work looks like hers! Mindy is adorable–just right for a 10 yr old. Love how she uses PB stamps for backgrounds & accents on her pages–so artistic!
