alexandra’s Sunday scrapbook – Ombré effect & Stamping

Hello Friends! As I have been playing quite a bit with Faber-Castell’s Gelatos lately, I thought I would combine the Ombré effect + Stamping to build two 8″ pages for my “2013 in 52 Page” album. The two Penny Black Inc. stamps I used are called Music Background #2025 and Corner Piece #3859H.

The way you’ve used the ombre effect with the stamping reminded me how much I love both tone on tone & gradation of colours. You’ve used both together which I’d not really thought of. It’s always refreshing to see what you do with a layout & how your design principles hold true for other artwork too.
