“Thank You” Cards Guest Designer: Tasnim

December 23, 2013

After the holidays we always need thank-you cards on hand.  And for extra special “thank you” inspiration, we are proud to welcome an uber-talented guest designer…

Hello! I grew up in the Middle East and moved to the US to pursue undergraduate studies. I completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Amherst in 2010. Now I am married and live in Long Island with my husband and our two year old daughter. Ever since childhood, I have loved arts and crafts in their various forms. Stamping and designing cards has been a recent discovery, and I enjoy the challenge of developing creative and innovative designs. This was my first opportunity to use Penny Black stamps in my creations, and I was thrilled to use the products! I love Penny Black’s diverse selection of beautiful designs. Using holiday themed stamps to design Thank You cards was a fun challenge, and it clearly shows Penny Black Stamp’s versatility.  I like to use my stamps to their full potential, and I hope you too will give it a try!

Well, we just know after you see Tasnim’s inspiring cards you’ll be “giving thanks” and inspired to get those thank-you cards done and in the mail.  And for additional inspiration be sure to check out Tasnim’s blog.

Wow… Tasnim’s card today is both modern and elegant.  What a beauty!

Very interesting to see the layers of same colour cardstock – classy. The classiness is retained beautifully with the use of the white & gold & I particularly like the way those snowflakes are layered under the poinsettia.
