Guest Designer: Lisa

June 25, 2014

Mixed media, cards… she does it all! It’s an honor to share Lisa’s stamping and creative inspiration this week!

Our Creative Dies take center stage on Lisa’s card for today. She’s combined 51-002 Leaves, 51-016 Dancing Leaves, and 51-036 Wishes.

By cutting them from different types of “papers,” including cork, wood veneer, vellum, and gold veneer cardstock, Lisa adds loads of visual interest to her design.

HHmmm… we wonder what Lisa will have in store for us tomorrow? Perhaps a trendy chalkboard look… we’ll see!

How was “best Wishes” glued to the paper? Did you use a special glue as its width is really thin.

Hi Chary, I used a liquid glue with a fine tip. These are readily available and nothing “special”. I just wanted it to dry clear, not tacky, and have a fine tip for the sentiment. Thank you for asking.
