Giving Thanks with Elizabeth

November 7, 2014

With Thanksgiving around the corner and fall leaves in the air, we’re taking a week to give thanks. Join us for fall blessings and thankful stamping!

Elizabeth’s note of gratitude makes a fashion statement when autumn colors are mixed with an altered Christmas stamp, 40-362 Dreaming Of.

Our “Dreaming Of” Christmas girl has exchanged her holiday wardrobe for designs containing leaf reds, pumpkin oranges, and chestnut browns.

By using the Dotlets stencil, Elizabeth created a soft background pattern which mimics the design on the ottoman.

Need a decorative edge for your sentiments? Our Creative Die, 51-040 Hello Frame, is perfect for adding a quick scallop! Elizabeth simply slipped her gratitude sentiment (30-229 Special Wishes) under one edge of the frame and ran it through her die cutting machine part way (denoted by red line).

Very cute card. Love the idea you used on the sentiment making it scalloped and then you added pearls to finish it off.
