The images on these three new stamps sets are sized to fit both standard sized cards or smaller cards such as our Les Petites notecards and coordinating colorful envelopes.
Using both 30-295 For the Grad and 30-294 the Sweetest, Jill created a set of three Les Petites cards with an artsy, watercolor look. The solid images on both of these sets are perfect for heat embossing before applying watercolor paints. The embossed stamping will resist the paint, staying crisp and white.

The masterpiece from Mimi is wonderful. Loved the tutorial.
The card technique with the watercolor effect is very cool. The stamps are nice but I don’t get the sheep one unless you are referring to the black sheep every family seems to have. Not a very positive message even with the sayings to explain it. The other two sets are nice even though I don’t have any living parents or any children. (so no graduations)

Agree with Donna, the black sheep is a bit negative and I doubt that type of person would be using these stamps to send a message to mom or dad. Also, I found the empty birdcage and “you’re free” to be negative and sad at the same time. Would never use it for a graduation card…just don’t like the feeling it conveys. Free from what? You just achieved something special….celebrate that!

Gorgeous cards, one and all. Great minimalist stamp sets. So fun, but so useful at the same time. The “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” quote is one of my favorite sayings. Just ask my kids! Would you make a stamp sometime that says “nothing good can come of this”? Then I’d pretty much be covered.
