This week we have one question for a few of our designers…

“One of my favorite color combinations is red, orange and teal. I love the festivity it adds to the holidays and it is also a combination that can be used all throughout the year. To celebrate this trio of happiness, I decided to ring in the New Year with it.” –Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s color combination was inspired by this Christmas photo.

Here is a quick tutorial on how to create this colorful, happy greeting.

Ink three strips of white cardstock using the direct-to-paper method with Memento Luxe Love Letter, Morocco and Teal Zeal. Stamp each piece randomly with the swirl/scroll from 30-312 Regal Reindeer in Memento Luxe Wedding Dress.

Attach the colored and stamped strips of paper behind the die cut words and mat the piece with sparkly gold cardstock. Layer finished artwork on a white card base using dimensional foam tape.
