Anything but a Card

March 11, 2016

It’s Friday. Time for FUN! And today our fun is centered around a special project that is ANYTHING BUT A CARD.

Elizabeth’s unique fans are simple, easy, and beautiful! They are great for take-home party décor that guests will love. They also make a great project for kids, too!

Elizabeth stamped our Slapstick/Cling stamp, 40-450 The Unfolding, with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto ivory and white cardstock, folded it accordian style, and adhered the edges to the fan “handles”. For an easy fan “handle” simply use popsicle sticks.

Viola! You instantly have a touch of the orient.

Try different stamps and color schemes to personalize your fan designs. Speaking of YOUR designs… we’d love to see your stamped projects, including those that are “anything but a card”! We invite you to upload your Penny Black projects to our Penny Circle Flickr Gallery and/or our Facebook page.
