VIDEO-Bookmark Beauties

April 11, 2016

Need a sweet gift idea? Want something to mark your page in your favorite novel, planner, or textbook? A little something for the kiddies? Why not make a good ol’ bookmark! This week our designers are featuring our Creative Die, 51-195 Bookmark, along with other stamps and dies from our So Special collection. And even if bookmarks aren’t your “thang”, these designs can easily be adapted for cards or scrapbook layouts, just layer them onto your notecard or page using dimensional adhesive.

To kick off this bookmark bonanza, Jill is watercoloring with our transparent set, 30-346 Perfect Pairing.

Creating these one layer lovelies is easier than you think… just watch!

Watch directly on YouTube here.

Using the same techniques, Jill created a second design only this time she’s brought along the feathered friend from our transparent set, 30-340 Gentle Day.

I think instead of bookmarks, these should be framed. Beautiful.

These are so gorgeous. I am inspired to make bookmarks for my book club members. If mine turn out half as well as these, they will be impressed! 🙂 Thanks Jill!

I LOVE these! I’ve been looking for the “Shimmers Aqua Hues Watercolor Paints” you use in the video, not finding them. Any suggestions where to purchase them?
