Four-Sided Masterpiece with Mimi

January 5, 2017

Don’t miss the new creation on our Simplicity Site today… click HERE to check it out!

And now scroll down for more inspiration with Mimi.

Thanks for joining us as we welcome our designers and some special friends for two weeks of “LOVEly Inspiration” featuring Valentine and love-themed creations. And be sure to keep your eyes peeled for new stamps and dies from our newest release, Follow Your Heart.

Not only is the front of this card by Micheline “Mimi” a masterpiece, but she’s expanded her stamping to create a four-side card!

So how did Mimi create this masterful scene? She started with adorable stamps, of course!
30-400 Hearts Aplenty, 30-398 Perfectly Sweet, 30-402 Furry Hugs

Here is the front of her card. In Mimi’s hometown they have snow for Valentine’s day, so she’s matched her stamping and painting to the view outside her window.

Now open her card to reveal the inside… WOW! It’s almost like reading a small story book.

Notice the tiny mouse in the corner in the photo above? When you turn the card over, there’s his back and tail. What a fun detail on the back of her card (photo below).

Such a beautiful card. I love how the card looks like a story book… I wish Mimi did videos though so we could learn her techniques.
