Friend Friday with Chameleon Art Products

April 21, 2017

All through the month of April, we’re excited to announce that not only will our Fridays be FUN, but they will also be “Friend Fridays” with the talented folks from Chameleon Art Products. Each Friday, tune in here on our blog and on the Chameleon Art Products blog for new projects featuring both Penny Black stamps and dies AND Chameleon art products. Oh, and did we mention PRIZES? Scroll to the end of this post for all of the giveaway details.

For Jill’s first card, she’s colored our Slapstick/Cling stamp, 40-508 Gladsome, with Chameleon Color Tone Pens (RD3, RD5, OR3, Y02, BG4, and BL3).

To create a piece of matching yellow paper, she colored with her markers onto white cardstock and then stamped it with 40-470 Script. Instant color coordination!

And don’t fly away yet, Jill has another card for us!

Jill mixed and matched a variety of Color Tone Pens to color the flowers from our transparent set, 30-415 Garden Charmers.

She also used the Color Tone Pens to color our Creative Die, 51-006 Flutters.

And for both of her cards, Jill easily created a unique background by adding small dots using the bullet nib of the Color Tone Pens.

Are you ready to join in on this stamping and coloring fun? Let us know by leaving a comment on this post for the chance to win a $25 shopping spree to the Penny Black online store! And for a bonus entry, be sure to “like” and leave a comment on the Penny Black Facebook page as well. Giveaway closes April 29, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST.

Before you go, be sure to head over to the Chameleon blog to check out their inspiring projects and enter their giveaway, too!

Jill I knew you were great with watercolors but the Chameleon pens are an art. I have the set and struggle with frustration with them. You have heat patience lady. I was behind Mother Theresa in patience. In my book you far pass the top artistsout there. Have a great day and keep inspiring.

Both of these cards are so fun to look at — such wonderful work! Everything about them makes them eye candy from the colors to the layouts. I am not a stamper but have just purchased some of the Slapstick clings and have been water coloring with them. I love the tiny dot background and really want to try this. It really gives a nice finish to the cards. What great inspiration. You have totally inspired me to try one of these stamp sets.

My current one is to work in a Penny Black outlet store, but only 4 days a week so I can spend the other 3 days creating with the beautiful images! I would be surrounded by flowers all my days!
