Poetic Portraits VIDEO Series

June 5, 2017

It’s time for a poetic party and you’re invited! This week join Jill Foster as she explores the range of possibilities available with our newest collection, Poetic.

To kick off her three-part video series, Jill has featured our new Slapstick/Cling stamp, 40-550 Angelette.

To add an extra punch of color, she’s combined her pretty portrait with another of our Slapstick/Cling stamps, 40-447 Poppy Gems.

For tips, techniques, and shading ideas for both the portrait and poppies, be sure to watch Jill’s thorough step-by-step video tutorial.

Watch directly on YouTube HERE.

As an added bonus, Jill has also created a coordinating inside panel for her card. She’s used our transparent sets, 30-429 Gifts from Above and 30-404 Spiritual Snippets (stamped on a label created using Creative Die, 51-344 Labels, and miniature 3 x 4 inch stamp set, 30-405 This Way). Both 5 x 7 inch panels can be adhered to her notecard when she’s ready to send her card.

Wow! This is exquisite. I don’t think my watercoloring skills will ever reach this level, but I’ll keep practicing.
