Berries Delight X 2

November 28, 2017

Thank you for joining us here on our blog. Scroll down for card ideas, supplies, and instructions with our designers and crafty friends. This week Birgit Edblom brings us designs with her one of a kind artistic vision. You can also view our two newest collections by clicking the following links: Peaceful Winter and Be Merry.

Today we have not one, but two cards, from Birgit. Her warm, vintage designs are perfect for a winter hello or unique holiday thank you.

For her breathtaking creations, Birgit has combined stamping from our transparent sets, 30-449 Berries Delight and 30-238 Footnotes.

Design details: Birgit stamped the floral/berry images using VersaFine Onyx Black ink onto Waterford High White HP watercolor paper. She then painted the images and background using Daniel Smith watercolors. Next, Birgit inked up the text stamp, and randomly removed some ink using a paper towel before stamping. Before mounting to her card with dimensional adhesive, Birgit lightly outlined the painted panels with a very fine tip pen and also stamped her sentiments. Finally, Birgit embellished her flowers with Glossy Accents and Liquid Pearls.

And we can’t quite let you go yet! Don’t miss this week’s card on our SIMPLICITY site…
