Paint a Vase Garden
Over the next several weeks our designers and crafty friends will be joining us to share their creations featuring our newest collection of stamps and Creative Dies, Sweet Spring. This week we feature the unique cardmaking style of Birgit Edblom.
Why not send a bouquet of beautiful flowers to a friend… and with our Slapstick/Cling stamp, 40-605 Vase Garden, they can enjoy the sweet spring blooms all through the year.
Design Details: Birgit stamped her flowers onto Waterford High White watercolor paper and painted them with Daniel Smith Watercolors. She then inked her background with Distress Inks using a sponge applicator tool. She used these same inks to randomly stamp circles on her background. Birgit then stamped her sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The daisies were embellished with Liquid Pearls
We just can’t get enough of those Liquid Pearls added to the daisies. Another artsy and amazing touch by Birgit!

Very beautiful, but kept looking for a video of the way she made it. Edna
Beautiful card, love it! A video would be great!
I agree.
I love this and think the background detail just makes it spectacular. I am going to use this idea for a background. Thank you Birgit! 🙂
