Fresh Flower Flourish

Over the next several weeks our designers and crafty friends will be joining us to share their creations featuring our newest collectionof stamps and Creative Dies, Sweet Spring. This week we feature the clean and simple designs of Simplicity Sister, Patti Kehl.

Sometimes all you need to send is a fresh, bright flower to brighten someone’s day. On today’s clean and simple card, Patti’s focal point is our Creative Die, 51-421 Flower Flourish.

SIMPLICITY Tips and Techniques: Coloring die cut flowers need not be complicated. Ink white cardstock with one color of ink using an ink blending tool with a foam pad. Apply a heavier application of ink (more layers of ink) towards one end of the die cut and you will instantly have a trendy ombre effect.
