A Frosty Morning

September 5, 2018

Turn up the Christmas tunes, put out the twinkling lights in the craft room, and get ready to tackle your holiday crafting to-do list with loads of inspiration from our designers and artsy friends as they feature the new stamps and dies from our Christmas 2018 collection!

Our cling stamp, 40-658 Winter Still, is great for autumn or winter-themed cards.

Birgit Edblom captured that beautiful moment as one season transitions to the next on this stunning design.

To give her painted panel a special touch and to cut the popped up center panel, Birgit used our Creative Die set, 51-440 Elegant Stitching.

Design Details: Color the stamp with red, green and yellow Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Artists’ Crayons, mist with water, and stamp onto Waterford High White watercolor paper. Paint the background using Daniel Smith watercolors. Splatter the background with watered down white acrylic paint. To add die cut borders, use the biggest elegant stitching die and smallest. Mount the smallest on white cardstock and place it onto 3D foam. Sentiment stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink.
