Poinsettia NOEL

September 18, 2018

Turn up the Christmas tunes, put out the twinkling lights in the craft room, and get ready to tackle your holiday crafting to-do list with loads of inspiration from our designers and artsy friends as they feature the new stamps and dies from our Christmas 2018 collection!

Peet Roeven is back again today, wowing us with her innovate style of layering stamps and dies.

Peet began by stamping and gold heat embossing our cling stamp, 40-649 Christmas Poinsettia.

She colored her poinsettias with watercolor pencils, blending with a paintbrush and water.

Next, she used our exact match creative die, 51-474 Xmas Poinsettia Cut Out, to cut out her flowers.

Finally, she layered her poinsettia pieces with our Creative Die sentiment, 51-467 Wreath Noel.

As a final touch, Peet added hand-stitching to a watercolor background and layered her amazing poinsettia onto a panel of patterned paper from our Designer Paper Pad, 80-017 Festive & Frosty.

We just can’t get over the beauty of the way Peet layered the poinsettia petals with the word NOEL!
