Let’s take a closer look at two new transparent stamp sets that are fantastic for creating winter-themed scenes that can be used for holiday cards and tags as well as non-holiday cards, too.

Introducing Transparent Stamp Set 30-517 Winter Days

Design Details: Onto Canson 140 Lb. Cold-Press Watercolor Paper, stamp village scene, inking stamp with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and using a stamp positioning tool (MISTI) in order to stamp image repeatedly. With water and a paintbrush, blend stamped impression and also add additional shading using Distress Ink Reinkers used as watercolors. Stamp snowflakes in sky using Memento Ink (Summer Sky), stamping with a stamp positioning tool (MISTI) in order to stamp them repeatedly and darken the color. Add Distress Ink (Gathered Twigs) around the perimeter of the upper portion of the card using an ink blending tool and foam pad. Sentiment stamped with Ranger Archival Ink (Potting Soil).

SHOP for the products featured on the card above: 30-505 Sparkling…, 30-507 Sparkling Bright

Design details: Onto Canson 140 Lb. Cold-Press Watercolor Paper, with the ground masked, ink sky with Memento Inks (Toffee Crunch, Summer Sky, and Danube Blue) using an ink blending tool and foam pads. Stamp berries with Ranger Archival Ink (Acorn). Remove mask for ground and stamp bird slightly lower and onto a separate piece of watercolor paper. Paint all images and shadows on the ground with Distress Ink Reinkers used as watercolors. Fussy cut bird and add to scene. Sentiment stamped with Ranger Archival Ink (Potting Soil).
