Penny Black Designer, Jill Foster
We are thrilled to announce a new member of our Design Team, the talented and delightful, Jill Foster. Jill’s work with Penny Black stamps, especially our florals, is remarkable. We know you’ll enjoy her vibrant and colorful designs. Welcome, Jill!
Jill grew up in South Dakota but now lives in sunny Arizona where she enjoys the warm winters and the break from shoveling snow. She and her husband love animals and have three dogs, ranging in size from a dachshund to a Saint Bernard. The three pups are quite the motley crew but they all love keeping Jill company in her craft room while she stamps! Jill teaches card making and scrapbook classes at her local scrapbook store and especially enjoys sharing her love of stamping with her students.

Hi Jill, I am a big fan of you and your art. You are so inspiring. I was hoping you could tell me what brand of paper you used for the pika dot paper in the background of that adorable snowman. Waiting for the die to arrive any day now😀 It has red, two greens, two pinks and I think teal dots. I hope I have described it correctly. You painted the hay with a reddish pink watercolor or ?? I really want to make this card and in hopes you can help me. Thank you, diane clark
