Welcome! As you may know, Mondays are always full of inspiration at the Penny Black Blog as we bring a new Penny Black & Jill video tutorial to you along with a brand new card challenge. Here’s Jill Foster’s video this week, using Penny Black stamps and a new product by Faber Castell, gelatos! If you wish to view the tutorial at YouTube in HD, click HERE.

CARD CHALLENGE
We have a card sketch challenge for you this week. Create a new card based upon the sketch below and upload it to our Gallery by Midnight Sunday night, PST. Tag your entry with “pennyblacksketch“. I know that Jill will be sharing her take on the sketch this week and we can’t wait to see what you do!

    Loved watching this with the resist technique. Utterly interesting to see Faber Castell products too & the way that large PB stamps can be used in a such a versatile manner.

    My first video watch with PB, (although I have bought PB for awhile) and I secretly loved that your work is not “made to look” clean. So I had to say out loud…”good for you!”
    Loved your card with stamp and the Gelatos and will definitely be looking for both.
    As someone said once “I’ll be back”.
