Keep It Simple: Birthday Bonanza

Our new collection of stamps and dies, Timeless 2019, has versatile everyday designs perfect for birthday cards. (Don’t we all love to have those ready to mail when we need them?!)

Today Patti Kehl joins us with three clean and simple card designs, each featuring different styles of stamps.

Let the birthday bonanza begin!

For her first card, Patti has created a personalized 90^th birthday card featuring out transparent stamp set, 30-557 Lovely Birthday, and exact match Creative Die set, 51-519 Lovely Birthday Cut Out.

Design Details: Stamp dome onto top panel in black ink. Create a stencil using the dome cut out die. Using die cut stencil, sponge blue dye ink on top of panel around the outer edge of the dome. Stamp ‘90’ using red ink. Stamp cake layers on scrap piece of cardstock in various of colors of blue then fussy cut and adhere to top panel. Embellish with tag die cut and twine.

Patti’s next birthday card has a soft feminine look featuring our transparent stamp set, 30-559 Delicate Beauty, and exact match Creative Die set, 51-519 Delicate… Cut Out.

Design Details: Stamp flowers with Copic friendly ink such as Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Color with Copic markers (RV11, RV13, RV14, YR16). Use exact match dies to die cut flowers. Stamp sentiment with black ink. Layer burlap edge die onto white notecard and then adhere flowers using dimensional adhesive.

And Patti’s final card is full of cuteness as she features our transparent stamp set, 30-546 Smiling!.

Design Details: Stamp bear using Copic friendly black ink such as Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Color with Copic markers (E33,E31 bear; RV10, RV11, RV13 dress and flowers; Y13, YR16, C1 flowers; YG03,YG17 greenery). Die cut happy birthday sentiment from white cardstock and adhere to notecard.
