Flower Amongst Flowers

April 11, 2011
by

Welcome back to the Penny Black Blog. Kathy Racoosin is here this week, with some amazing cards! Kathy’s first sample card was done with our new “Flower Amongst Flowers” wood-mounted stamp;

Kathy used Tombow markers, die cuts, and Flower Soft to create her card with two different looks. Details; Kathy thickened the stems on the large flowers with a colored pencil. She added highlights with a colored pencil to the hills. The petals and leaves were traced with an ultra fine-tip black marker. Ultra fine Flower Soft was added to the centers using Glossy Accents. Faux stitching and/or dots were added to the petals.

You can find the full pictorial on creating these cards by clicking on one of the images to be taken to Kathy’s blog.

CARD CHALLENGE
