A flower girl

October 18, 2012

Isn’t she sweet? With a bit of burlap and some warm tones, this flower girl is already for Fall. Penny Black designer Alexandra said, “I could really see her paired with a Happy Thanksgiving sentiment or on the cover of a gratitude journal. I’m happy to share more about this card on my blog art scrap & more.”

Thanks for stopping by today – if you’re looking for more inspiration, please visit our gallery on Flickr and at Splitcoaststampers. You can also find us on Facebook, and on Twitter, too!

See you tomorrow with another pretty card! – Jenn

It’s the use of textures with the fluidity of the watercolour effect that catches my attention & I just find the little bird a delightful addition which draws the eye perfectly towards the image.

Very sweet image. I love how the center of the sunflower matches her shirt sleeve. All the details on the image are just wonderful.
